The counter person was super busy, but managed to accommodate everyone. The car was sweet, clean, and got great gas mileage. Pickup was easy and so was drop off.
Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Julie even saved my husband's cell phone! When we had to extend the rental for an additional week, we got great service and a terrific rate. We will definitely use Hertz again.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! Where do I start? I called to get all the information on what I would need to rent a car. Explained that I was on a time crunch. Once I get there explained that I would need other measures that was NOT explained on the phone. Do NOT USE THIS PLACE. AWFUL FALSE INFORMATION IS GIVEN. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND AGGRIVATION AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
