Ok customer service but I'm done with all meinekes, only went to this one in ephrata because my mom referred me to them said they was honest and they was only 40.00 for inspection. I Gave one star because they are money hungry and try to say my breaks was 500.00 for some work for two front and back break pads and failed me for which are not as bad as they said because I asked around.
All I can say is do NOT go there! Unless you want to be ripped off for things your car doesn’t need. They tried really hard to screw me over for my inspection. Had another garage give me a second opinion and it save me huge. Thankfully I’m not as naive or stupid as a woman looks to them.
Highly recommend. I always get my exhaust done there and I always get a great price along with quality parts.
Went there because my caliper was damaged and they tried to tell me i needed all new brakes and calipers when all i really needed was one caliper. Went again because my cae was squeaking and they tried to tell me i needed all new struts, a 600 dollar repair. Having learned from the 1st time i went to a mechanic i trust and it was just a lose exhaust, a 120 dollar repair. This place is the closest thing to a legal raping you'll ever find. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere...unless you like paying tons of money for parts and repairs you don't need.
Jon the shop owner is awesome. Really knows his stuff about Jeeps. I have a much older jeep and he can still service my jeep. I don't know what everyone else is talking about because this shop is very honest
