The line is not too long (about 3-5 minutes) the people are nice, they understand me even with my strong accent. It is easy to quick pay and the cleaning process is interesting and colorful. I go there every Sunday and my neighbors always complement my clean car:)
Nice place, friendly employees. Four stars, not five because the actual car wash does a good, not great, job, and also since it isn't touch-free, my clearcoat now has a million fine scratches in it.
Fast as always. Did not grease my vehicle for the 2nd time. I pay for a premium service, but get no grease. Last time I questioned them and was told there are none. Checked when I left and of course there are. Today 2nd time and watched and no grease again. They did offer to grease it today and I was in a hurry and did not allow them to pull it back in the shop. Upon calling and talking to the general manager. I get a he must have missed it and not even a sorry about. I like the location atmosphere and speed of them doing my work. Just disappointed in service.
They are very petty for inspection they fail for that shouldn't fail and have no what they are talking about when It comes to telling what's wrong with the the car and the car wash put swirls in my paint on my truck I would not recommend them to any body
The fact that they are super fast only means that they are not super detailed. For a quick clean up they are fine. But you will still have to fine detail when they are done. Husband had only half his dash wiped first time there. 2nd time he had spacers on his Jeep tires and they didn't appreciate it when pulling thru the auto-car wash. They don't vacuum the kids' car seats apparently either. Paid the $49.99 for the month for ONE car. Probably not going to re-up if I find somewhere better.
