Pleasant sales person, good selection and reasonably priced. Delivery team was courteous and patient.
We had the worst experience with Lancaster mattress. We purchased a bed on the store, and the sales lady told us that was the exact bed we would receive, delivered. They sent a different bed, which sucks and is very uncomfortable. When we asked for a switch or our money back, they were very rude, and said we'd be charged more if we sent it back! Now they refuse to answer our emails. Do not go here, there are plenty of matress stores around that are so much better.
