Ordered 1 pizza, 12 wings, New old bay cheese fries!!!......I called an hour after placing my order to make sure they didn't forget me. The response I received was "due to the rain, we got more calls then usual, your food should be there any minute". It arrived another 15 min later, so total time was one hour 15 minutes. The pizza box was smashed so when I opened the box it was all over the top of the box. The wings were cold and dried up, the fries were just a big greasy cold lump of fries hardened with melted cheese. I called and said that I wanted a refund, I was told no refund can be given, but they would send me a coupon for a free pizza. This is the most rediculous response I have ever received from a business. I don't know what the hell I will be doing with this coupon because I am not ordering food from them ever again.
Will never eat wild wings again. Took an hour to deliver. Ordered at 3:45, they delivered at 4:45. Sub roll was hard and dry. Pizza was under cooked, digusting would not recommend to anyone
I wish I had looked at the reviews before placing my order, but now I know for next time. Just ordered delivery , 2 subs and french fries with a 2 liter for a pretty good deal I thought. First off the delivery itself took a good hour, and then the french fries were undercooked and soggy, and the subs themselves were awful and soggy as well. Waste of time and money. Very disappointing.
We have ordered from here many times. The pizza is usually a hit or miss, in other words sometimes it's very good, other times it's either not done, too done or not enough cheese (cheese seems to be skimpy quite often but with the other parts of our order being correct we just accept it). Since eating I've been very sick to my stomach. Really hoping it's just a fluke. The pizza tonight had little cheese and was pretty chewy. Not sure what happened but hopefully this nausea goes away soon! Every delivery person we've had has always been super friendly and professional.
The wing sauce was in the bottom of the foam container and not on the actual wings. We went Monday and got $3 small pizzas which was great. And only .50¢ for a topping. Would have given 5 stars if the wings had sauce on them and not just in the bottom of the foam container and all over the inside of the bag. I ordered mild wings...not plain ones.
