The Rehab place was nice, Clean, and well equipped. But the staff was not as well equipped or organized. They lacked communication. I went there twice a week and I did about the same things each time.Underworked with no progress. When a different therapist had me one day, I had my workout! I was in so much pain when I left it was not funny. Now I was way overworked. There wasn't a happy medium. Never again will I go back. I switched to a better place.
As an employee I could be considered biased, but, I have had multiple surgeries and I know that there was no where better for me to go for my therapy. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They can make a recovery fun and go above and beyond to encourage patients to progress and meet their goals. The staff in this clinic and all of our clinics, strive to exceed expectations at every visit! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Outstanding and Professional !! All the staff at The Rehab Center in Ephrata are OUTSTANDING!!! They understand and are sympathetic to your condition from the time you schedule to the time you are done with your therapy. They listen and are experts!!! If I ever need therapy again, I will be back and I highly recommend this facility to everyone!!
